Idealizzazione e creazione di Greenism. Il concetto è piuttosto semplice ma anche innovativo. Un ristorante che riesce a garantire piatti vegetali a km 0 e questo lo fa grazie ad un "ciclo" continuo: mangia, pianta e ripeti! La priorità era quella di creare un qualcosa di accattivante ed innovativo ma che riuscisse allo stesso tempo a trasmettere quel che è il motto del locale.
Idealization and creation of Greenism. The concept is rather simple but also innovative. A restaurant that can guarantee 0 km vegetable dishes and this is thanks to a continuous "cycle": eat, plant and repeat! The priority was to create something attractive and innovative but at the same time able to convey what is the motto of the restaurant.
